German Customer Service Host
Our client, who operates within the e-commerce industry and provides world-class services to its international clients and their businesses, is seeking to employ individuals with high-potential allowing them to develop their career and themselves within the business.
Our client is looking for potential employees for the German Market in the existing Customer Service Department based in Cape Town.
Training whilst awaiting South African Work Visa approval.
The international applicant will receive training at the international offices, located in the heart of London, whilst awaiting their South African Work Visa approval.
Whilst in London, assistance will be offered in the form of:
A taxi will be arranged to collect you from the airport
You’ll receive an accommodation allowance to support you
Fruit and milk will be delivered to you twice a week
Get your coffee fix from our baristas at our Coffee bar at 50p a cup
Get a free taxi ride home from the office between 10pm and 5am
Work Perks in Cape Town
The applicant will receive with free accommodation for the first 3 months in Cape Town
The secure, access-controlled apartments are within walking distance from the offices
Close to malls, restaurants, bars and the beach
After three months, the applicant will be given the option to stay on or find alternative accommodation
Free lunch or dinner vouchers
Coffee Bar (only R5.00) per beverage
Free drinks on Fridays
Responsibilities
Responding to customer queries by telephone, email and online chats in German language
Processing and taking ownership of all incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment
Processing pertinent information into relevant databases
Completion of tasks assigned during shift
Customer relationship building and management as well as cross selling of products and services
Problem solving tasks during shift
Handling and taking full responsibility for customer related queries
Make outgoing calls and execute outbound campaigns to identified customers, e.g. welcome calls, failed purchasers, etc.
Excellent time management and adherence to schedule
Performing extra tasks given by managers / shift supervisors as required
Requirements:
Have German as home language
Be a self-starter, self-motivated & goal orientated
Be able to work independently yet be a team player
Be an analytical thinker with problem solving ability
Be deadline driven & goal orientated
Be able to meet deadlines in a highly pressurised dynamic environment
Be able to handle confidential and personal matters
Be fully computer literate and have accurate typing skills

Our client offers their services in the European Region, Canada and Australia.
Due to the geographical locations we service, the shift work is as follows:
07:00- 15:00, 15:00- 23:00, 23:00- 07:00
