German Digital Customer Service Associate

Our client, an international player in the customer care service industry is looking for a German speaking Digital Customer Service Associate to join their Cape Town team. The successful candidate should provide outstanding customer and technical support to our client’s customers with regards to technical products via the telephone, chat and email.
Responsibilities
Provide account and application support to customers, specifically with regards to software functionality and troubleshooting of system configurations and network settings
Provide prompt, efficient, detailed, customer oriented service to the company’s customers
Act as an advocate for the company’s customer, reporting and acting on observed areas for improvement
Assume responsibility for detailed knowledge about specific product lines and features
Ensure internal reference pages are updated
Ensure interactive website features are operational and surface all problematic issues for immediate correction
Actively seek solutions to customer needs and identify trends to appropriate personnel, including possible solutions or suggestions
Deepen experience and knowledge of the company’s products
Requirements
Tertiary education
Previous experience in a technical support role advantageous, especially in a customer care setting
Fluent in German (written and verbal)
Able to work shifts
Ability to work under pressure
Clarity and diplomacy in verbal and written communication
Excellent communication skills
Exceptional problem solver
Interest in and deep knowledge of the internet, computers, media, wireless networking and mobile devices and applications
